FINALDIVIDEND TheDirectorsdonotrecommendthepaymentofafinaldividendfortheyearended31December2022. BUSINESSREVIEW TheGroupisprincipallyengagedinthemanufactureandsaleofnonwovenfabricrelatedproductsusedinautomotiveinteriordecorationpartsandotherparts,thetradingofrubberandfoodproducts.TheGroupdeploysfinancialresourcetosecuritiesinvestmenttoachieveearningsintheformofcapitalappreciationandincomefromdividends.TheGroupalsotapsintothebusinessoffinancialservicesthroughtheinvestmentinasecuritieshouse. Manufactureandsaleofnonwovenfabricrelatedproducts ManufactureandsaleofnonwovenfabricrelatedproductsisoneoftheprincipalbusinessoftheGroup.TheGroupmanufacturesitsproductswithsinglelayerormultiplelayersofnonwovenfabricinaccordancewithspecificrequirementsandstandardsofdifferentcustomers.MostofthecustomersofnonwovenfabricrelatedproductsareprimarymanufacturersandsuppliersofautomotivepartsinthePRC.ThemajorityoftheGroup’sproductsarefurtherprocessedbythesecustomersinordertomakedifferentautomotivepartssuchasfloor,headlining,seatcover,parceltray,trunk,luggage-sidetrim,hubcapandcar-mat,whichareofdifferentcharacteristicsandaretobeappliedfordifferentusagesinpassengervehicles. AccordingtothestatisticsreleasedfromChinaAssociationofAutomobileManufacturers(“CAAM”),theproductionandsalesofpassengervehiclesinthePRCwereapproximately23,836,000unitsand23,563,000unitsrespectivelyfortheyearended31December2022,representinganincreaseofapproximately11.2%and9.5%.ThesefavorablegrowthinpassengervehiclesmarketresultedinastabledemandforautomotivematerialsoftheGroupduring2022. 各位股东： 本人谨代表中国汽车内饰集团有限公司（“本公司”）董事会（“董事会”）欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司 （统称“本集团”）截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度之经审核全年业绩。 末期股息 董事不建议就截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度派付末期股息。 业务回顾 本集团主要从事制造及销售用于汽车内饰件及其他部分的无纺布相关产品、橡胶及食品贸易。本集团投入财务资源于证券投资以透过资本增值及股息收入的形式赚取盈利。本集团亦透过投资证券公司展开金融服务业务。 制造及销售无纺布相关产品 制造及销售无纺布产品是本集团的主要业务之一。本集团根据不同客户的特定要求及标准制造一层或多层无纺布相关产品。大部分无纺布相关产品的客户为在中国的汽车配件主要制造商及供应商。本集团大部分产品均由该等客户作进一步加工，以成为不同的汽车配件，如汽车主地毯面料、顶蓬面料、座椅面料、衣帽架面料、行李箱盖毯面料、行李箱侧毯面料、轮罩面料及汽车脚踏垫面料，各具不同特点，可应用于乘用车的不同用途。 根据中国汽车工业协会（“中国汽车工业协会”）公布的数据，截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度中国乘用车的制造及销售分别约为23,836,000台及23,563,000台，相当于增加约11.2%及9.5%。乘用车市场的良好增长使得二零二二年期间对本集团汽车材料的需求保持稳定。 InordertodiversifytheGroup’sexistingbusinessportfolioandbroadenit
