AccordingtothedatapublishedbyChina’sNationalBureauofStatistics,China’sgrossdomesticproductfor2022wasRMB121.0trillion1,representinga3.0%increaseoverlastyear.DespitetheongoingimpactofCOVID-19onChina’seconomyin2022,thenation’seconomyexperiencedanorganisedrecoverythisyear,establishingastrongbasisforfurthereconomicrecuperationin2023.Thiswasachievedthroughtheefficientimplementationoftargetedpoliciesandmeasures,withthefullcooperationofallregionsanddepartmentsnationwide,andthesuccessfulcontainmentoftheepidemic.Inrecentyears,Chinahasmadesignificanteffortstoadvanceitsenvironmentalprotectionindustry.AccordingtotheNationalBureauofStatistics,investmentinwaterconservancy,environmentandpublicfacilitiesmanagementincreasedby10.3%2in2022comparedtothesameperiodinthepreviousyear.InOctober2022,China’sMinistryofEcologyandEnvironmentreleasedareportonnationalsurfacewaterandambientairqualityforJanuarytoSeptember2022,andamongthe3,641nationalsurfacewaterassessmentsections,theproportionofsectionswithexcellentwaterquality(GradeI~III)reached86.3%3,representinganincreaseof4.5%comparedtothesameperiodinthepreviousyear.Forthesevenmajorriverbasins,NorthwesternRivers,SouthwesternRiversandriversinZhejiangandFujianProvinces,theproportionofsectionswithexcellentwaterquality(GradeI~III)reached88.5%3,representinganincreaseof4.8%comparedtothesameperiodinthepreviousyear.ThishighlightstheChinesegovernment’sunwaveringdedicationtoadd
