Asapipedcitynaturalgasserviceprovider,theGroupsuppliescitynaturalgasthroughlong-distancetransmissionpipelines.With71concessionrights,theGrouphasbuiltupcitypipelinenetworkswhichofferstableandsufficientnaturalgasresourcestolocalhousehold,industrial,commercialandotherusers.Asanon-pipelinenaturalgasprovider,theGrouphasestablished3LNGplantsinQinghaiProvinceandChongqingMunicipality,thePRC.Meanwhile,theGrouphasalsobuiltcertainCNGprimarystationstoensureasmoothsupplyofnaturalgasallyearround.ThesefacilitiessupportsuppliesofnaturalgastocitiesnotyetcoveredbypipelinenetworksandaretreatedasemergencybackupgassourcesfortheGroup. Allkindsofautomobiles,citybusesandlong-distancebusescanbeconvertedintonaturalgasoperationsystembypayinganaffordablefee.Someoftheprovinceswillprovidesubsidytoautomobileownerswhoarewillingtoconverttheirautomobileintonaturalgasoperatingsystem.WithsupportfromthePRCgovernment,theGroupoffersinexpensive,cleanandenvironmentalfriendlynaturalgastothetransportationsector. Asanoperatorofnaturalgasbranchpipelines,theGrouphasalreadycompletedapproximately20,620kmnaturalgaspipelinesin13provinces,citiesandautonomousregions.Apartfrombringinginstablenaturalgastransmissionrevenue,thebranchpipelinesconstructionswillalsofacilitatethedevelopmentofprojectsalongthedown-stream. TheGrouphaswellestablishedalarge-scaledevelopednaturalgastransportandlogisticsoperationinthePRC,includingthesetupofLNGandCNGfleetswhichhavereinforcedthemobilityandcoverageofournaturalgassupplies. Asanupstreamenergyresourcesproducer,theGroupengagesinthedevelopment,productionandsaleofcrudeoilandgasandotherresourcesinAlbertaofCanada.TheexplorationandproductionbusinessoftheGrouphastheprovedreservesofapproximately25.95millionbarrelsofoilequivalentandtheprovedplusprobablereservesofapproximately42.25millionbarrelsofoilequivalent.Itsaveragedailyproductionwas5,492barrelsofoilequivalentin2022.Ourexplorationandproductionbusinesspossessesenergybusinessinproduction,averyexperiencedmanagementteamwithproventrackingrecords,astableproductionassetsportfolioandstrongprofitabilitywithconsiderablepotentialforgrowth. 中油燃气集团有限公司（“公司”）（股份代号：603）及其附属公司（统称为“集团”）主要从事天然气及能源相关业务之投资。集团之业务包括城市管道燃气营运、管道设计及建造；压缩天然气（“CNG”）及液化天然气（“LNG”）之运输、分销及销售；及原油及天然气等其他上游能源资源开发、生产及销售。 作为城市管道燃气服务供应商，集团透过长距离输送管道供应城市天然气。集团已获得71个燃气特许经营权，创建了城市管道网络，为当地家庭、工商等用户提供稳定及充裕之天然气资源。作为非管道天然气供应商，集团于中国青海省创建了三座LNG工厂。同时，集团已建造多个CNG加气母站，确保集团之天然气供应全年保持稳定。该等设施有助于向尚未有管道网络覆盖的城市供应天然气，并被视为集团之应急备用燃气来源。 各类汽车、公共
