TheGroupisaHongKong-basedsubcontractorengagedintheprovisionofwettradesworksandthewettradesrelatedancillaryworksinHongKong.Since2021,capitalisingonourexpertiseandexperienceinprovidingwettradesrelatedsolutions,weestablishedanonlineplatformforsubscriberstospecifythepaymentapplicationinourdatabase. Therevenuefrom(i)provisionofwettradesworksandthewettradesrelatedancillaryworksand(ii)provisionofconstructioninformationtechnologyservicesfortheYearamountedtoapproximatelyHK$122.5million,representinganincreaseofapproximatelyHK$5.1millionor4.3%ascomparedtoapproximatelyHK$117.5millionfortheyearended31December2021.SuchincreasewasprimarilyattributabletoincreaseinrevenuegeneratedfromamajorprojectawardedduringtheYear,whichachievedsignificantprogressduringtheYear.TheconstructioninformationtechnologyservicescontributeHK$797,000fortheYear.ThegrosslossofapproximatelyHK$28.6millionreportedfortheYearwasmainlydueto (i)competitiveprojectpricingarisingfromintensemarketcompetition;(ii)delayincertificationofworksperformedofcertainprojects;and(iii)increaseindirectcostsfrom(a)additionalsubcontractors,resourcesandothercostsrelatedtodealwithunexpectedchangestotheon-sitearrangementsinitiatedbycustomers;and(b)delaysincertainprojects(mainlyforprojectsatTseungKwanOandTaiWai).Theimprovementofgrosslossmarginwasduetoimprovingofcostscontrol. 尊敬的各位股东： 本人谨此代表恒新丰控股有限公
