Theyearof2022wasanextremelydifficultyear.Theglobaleconomycontinuedtobehitbyacombinationoffactors,includingthespreadoftheCOVID-19,theRussian-Ukrainianwarandhighglobalinflation,whichseverelyhamperedtherecoveryoftheworldeconomy.MainlandChina’seconomystartedoffwellinearly2022,butthesubsequentrecurrenceofthemassiveoutbreakoftheCOVID-19severelydisruptedeconomicgrowthandcausedgreatdifficultiesfortheGroup’sdevelopment.Inthefaceofthedifficultenvironment,theGroupcontinuedtoadheretotheprincipleof“sound,steadyandlong-termoperations”andadjusteditsbusinesstoadapttothemarketconditions,soastoensurethesurvivalandpursuegrowth,andtosafeguardtheinterestsofshareholders. Fortheyearended31December2022theGrouprecordedrevenueofRMB1,259,579,000(2021:RMB992,962,000), representingayear-on-yearincreaseof26.9%;high-endconsumingaccessoriesbusinessrecordedrevenueofRMB630,330,000(2021:RMB550,933,000),representing ayear-on-yearincreaseof14.4%;internationalcommoditytradingrecordedrevenueofRMB408,956,000(2021:RMB327,061,000),representingayear-on-yearincreaseof25.0%;watchtradingsalesamountedtoRMB220,293,000(2021:RMB114,968,000),representingayear-on-yearincreaseof91.6%.TheGrouprecordedalossofRMB88,139,000(2021:profitofRMB20,210,000)and lossattributabletoequityshareholdersamountedtoRMB80,022,000(2021:profitofRMB26,282,000).Theloss wasmainlyattributabletolowergrossprofitandforeignexchangelossesincurredbytheoperatingunitsasaresultofexchangeratefluctuations. 各位股东： 本人谨代表董事会（“董事会”），欣然提呈亨得利控股有限公司（“本公司”）及其子公司（“本集团”或“集团”）截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度（“本年度”、“年度”或“回顾年度”）之年度报告，敬请各位股东审阅。 二零二二年是极为困难的一年。全球经济继续遭受多重因素打击，新冠病毒传播、俄乌战争以及全球高通胀等各种风险因素迭加，严重阻碍了世界经济复苏的步伐。二零二二年初，中国内地经济开局良好，但随后反复爆发的大规模新冠疫情，严重扰乱了经济增长的进程，对本集团也造成了极大的困难。面对严峻的环境，本集团仍然秉承“行稳致远”的原则，顺应市场调整业务，保生存、求发展，努力维护股东的利益。 截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度，本集团收入录得1,259,579,000元（人民币，下同；二零二一年：992,962,000元），较去年同期上升了26.9%；高端消费配套业务等收入为630,330,000元（二零二一年：550,933,000 元），较去年同期上升14.4%；国际大宗商品贸易收入为408,956,000元（二零二一年：327,061,000元），较去年同期上升25.0%；钟表贸易销售额录得220,293,000元（二零二一年：114,968,000元），较去年同期上升91.6%。本集团全年度录得亏损约88,139,000元（二零二一年：溢利20,210,000元），股东应占亏损约80,022,000元（二零二一年：溢利26,282,000元）。亏损主要源于毛利下降及汇率波动导致营运单位产生外汇兑换亏损等。 亨得利控股有限公司二零二二年年报3 CHAIRMAN’SSTATEMENT 主席报告书 Duringtheyearunderreview,China’seconomywasundergreatpressure,andthehigh-endconsumingaccessoriesbusinessoftheGroupwasalsodeeplyaffected.However,theGroupisstability-rootedandpursuesdevelopmentthroughinnovation.TheGrouphasadoptedvariousmeasurestoaddressrisksandachievedincreaseinrevenuefromaccessoriesbusiness.However,therewasnoimprovementinprofitcomparedtothesameperiodlastyearduetotheexpansionofnewprojectsandasignificantincreaseinlabourcostsandothers. Duringtheyearunderreview,inaccordancewiththeestablishedstrategy,theGroupcontinuedtocarryouttheinternationalcommoditytradingbusiness.Duetotheever-changingglobalpoliticalandeconomicenvironment,theoperationofthebusinessfluctuated.Whileitssalesincreased,profitshaddecreasedcomparedwiththesameperiodlastyearduetothefluctuationsanddropinprice.InlinewiththeGroup’snewstrategicdirectionandthedevelopmentofitsinternationaltradingbusiness,theGroupcontinuedtopromotein-depthdevelopmentofitsinternationalshippingbusiness,servingcustomersincludingworld-renownedminesandChina’slarge-scalestate-ownedenterprises,andachievedanewbreakthrough.Duringtheyear,theoperationoftheinternationalshippingbusinessachievedoutstandingresults,layingasolidfoundationforthefuturesustainabledevelopmentoftheGroup. Duringtheyearunderreview,inlinewiththeestablishedstrategy,theGroupliquidateditsremainingwatchstocksandcompletelyceaseditsrenownedwatchoperations.
