Tomitigatetheadverseimpactfromthechallengingbusinessenvironment,theGrouptimelyreviewsitsresourcestostrategicallyutilizetheminitscorebusinesssegments.TheGrouphasrestructuredandstrengtheneditsmulti-mediatechnologiesandconvergencemediabusinessbyallocatingmoreresourcestotheconvergencemediaande-commercebusiness.SinceDecember2021,theGrouphasgraduallyexpandedintoonlinecrossbordere-commerceplatform,e-commerceandmusickeyopinionleader(s)(“KOL(s)”),livestreamingchannelsandalsomusictalentsandIPincubation.TheGrouphasdeployedresourcestobuildupourprofessionalteamofconvergencemedia,e-commerceKOLs,andsupplychainsourcing.Wehavesuccessfullylinedupqualitybrandsandproductsasexclusivemarketing,brandingandsalespartners. TheGroup’srevenuefromoperationforthesixmonthsended30September2022wasapproximatelyHK$30,163,000,ascomparedtoHK$36,627,000inthesameperiodlastyear.ThegrossprofitoftheCompanydecreasedtoHK$6,184,000,comparedtoHK$8,045,000forthesameperiodoflastyear.ThelossfortheperiodslightlyincreasedtoHK$13,376,000,ascomparedtoHK$12,946,000forthecorrespondingperiodoflastyear. Multi-mediaTechnologiesandConvergenceMediaBusiness Themulti-mediatechnologiesandconvergencemediabusinessrecordedarevenueofapproximatelyHK$30,163,000forthesixmonthsended30September2022(30September2021:approximatelyHK$36,627,000). TheGrouphasoperatedthemulti-mediaadvertisingdistributionplatformviadifferentmediachannelsincludingtrainmediaplatform,displaymediaplatformandconvergencemediaplatformbyusingitsknowhowandexpertisedevelopedandaccumulatedovertheyears.Brandownerscandisseminateinformationonsuchplatforms.TheGroupisalsoactivelydivergingfromconventionalmediaadvertisingtoconvergencemediae-commerceintegration.Weareprovidingintegratedservicestoourclientsinrelationtoproductsmarketing/salesconversionthroughacombinationofonlinee-commerceplatform,convergencemediadistributionandvariouslive-streamingchannels. 业务回顾 中国政府不断收紧新型冠状病毒限制措施，加上全球货币紧缩造成市场动荡，为本集团业务带来意料之外的挑战。由于广告商削减广告支出，本集团的多媒体技术及融媒体业务有所下滑。 营商环境挑战重重，为减轻其不利影响，本集团适时审视其资源，有策略地投放在核心业务分部。本集团已透过将更多资源分配至融媒体及电商业务，重组及加强多媒体科技及融媒体业务。自二零二一年十二月起，本集团已逐步扩展至在线跨境
