Fortheyearunderreview,theCompanyhascompletedi)capitalreorganizationandrightsissueandii)placingofnewshares,withanaggregatenetproceedsofapproximatelyHK$80million.ThesefundraisingactivitieshavestrengthenedtheCompany’scapitalbase,improveditsfinancialpositionandprovidedmorebuffertocopewiththeeconomicuncertaintiesandchallengesinthefuture. TheemergenceoftheomicronCOVIDvariantandbusinessdisruptionresultedfromthezero-toleranceCOVID-19policyofthePRCgovernment,coupledwithrisingglobalinflationandrateshikeintheUnitedStates,haveweighedheavilyontherecoveryofregionaleconomy.Infaceofthechallengingcircumstances,theGrouphasrestructuredandimproveditsmulti-mediatechnologiesandconvergencemediabusinessandthegammaraydrygrindinganddrybeneficiationbusinessinordertomeetwithitslong-termstrategicinitiativesofthesesegments.Duringtheyearunderreview,theGrouphasswiftlycapturedtheopportunitiestoexpanditsscaleofconvergencemediabusinessande-commercebusinessinthePRC.Despitethetumultuouseconomicclimate,theGroupemphasizedourvisionsandstrengthsinthedrygrindinganddrybeneficiationtechnologies(“DGDBTechnologies”)andhasbuiltexcitingpipelinesofopportunitiesinthisbusinesssegment.TheGroupwillcontinuetoexamineitsrepaymentobligationsoftheborrowings,thefinancingofthecapitalinvestmentandcostfordevelopmentandoperationofitsmajorsegmentsinthepost-pandemicperiod.TheGroupwillalsoexplorepotentialstrategicinvestmentsandcooperationopportunitiesinexpandingthescopeofbusinessesinitscorebusinesssegments,soastoachievegrowthandcreatevalueforshareholdersinthelongterm. 业务回顾 在新冠肺炎变种病毒造成长期经济挑战及业务受到冲击的形势下，本集团展现出强大的韧性，并在主要业务 （多媒体技术及融媒体业务和伽玛射线干磨干选业务）中实现了重大扭转。本集团的综合收入约为74,55
