DuringthePeriodunderreview,theCOVID-19pandemicremainedchallengingduetotheoutbreakofthemutantvariantsinHongKong.TheGroupremainedresilientandfocusedonitsexistingbusinesses. ThoughoperationsoftheconstructionindustryinHongKonghavebeenaffectedasaconsequenceofCOVID-19,duetotherelativelystableundertakingandadditionaldemandsfromgovernmentinfrastructureprojects,suchasMobileCabinHospital(方舱医院)andthe3rdrunwaysystemoftheHongKongInternationalAirport,theGroupmanagedtorecordanincreaseintherentalincomegeneratedfromconstructionmachineryduringthePeriod.Theoccupancyratefortherentalmachinerieskeptatapproximately85%. TomanagetheimpactofCOVID-19,theGroupmaintaineditsoperationandputinplaceprecautionaryandriskmitigationmeasures,includingsuitablydeployingremoteworkarrangements,periodicdeepcleaningandsanitizationforbothourwarehouseandoffices,provisionoffacemasksorotherpersonalprotectionequipmentforallemployees,dailyCOVID-19AntigenTestandbodytemperaturemeasurementforallpersonnelatworkplaces,andproperrecordkeepingofworkscheduleandcontacthistoryfortracing. 业务回顾 COVID-19、地缘政治紧张、军事占领及高通涨率之影响 过去数年，香港及全球大部分地区之企业经历严峻生存危机的时期。面对全球新冠疫情、地缘政治紧张、军事占领、供应链中断、旅游限制，高通涨率以及近年来遭遇的许多前所未有的其他罕见剧变，企业不得不临时调适、重新评估和调整自身定位，以持续经营。 于本回顾期间，COVID-19疫情因变异病毒株的爆发依然具挑战性。本集团继续维持稳定及专注于现有业务。 尽管香港建造业涉及的业务受到COVID-19之后续影响，惟由于承接政府基建项目情况相对稳定及新增需求，如方舱医院及香港国际机场第三跑道，于本期间本集团建筑机械产生之租金收入均录得增幅。租赁机械占用率保持在约85%。 为管理COVID-19带来之影响，本集团维持其营运并采取预防及降低风险之措施，当中包括适当作出遥距工作安排，定期彻底清洁与消毒仓库及办公室，为全体雇员提供口
