BUSINESSREVIEW TheGroupisafull-servicerestaurantgroupinHongKongofferingCantonesediningandbanquetservicesincludingweddingbanquetservices.DuringthePeriod,theoutbreakofthefifthwaveCOVID-19PandemicsinceJanuary2022continuedtoaffectourbusiness.TheHongKongGovernmenttightenedthecontrolandpreventionmeasures(the“Measures”),whichledtothetemporarysuspensionofourrestaurantsandlimitationinnumberofcustomersatbanquet,andtheperformanceofourrestaurantswasaffected. ForthePeriod,theturnoverdecreasedbyapproximatelyHK$41.8million,or26.8%,toapproximatelyHK$114.2millionfromapproximatelyHK$156.0millionforthesixmonthsended30September2021.
