OVERVIEW 2022continuestobeachallengingyearacrossmanyindustries,includingourown.Iampleasedtoreportthatourbusinesscontinuedtodemonstrateagreatdegreeofagilityandresilienceduringtheatypicaltimesin2022. Financially,2022wasstilladifficultyearwhichrecordedlossesofHK$12.8millionfortheperiodduetotheunfavourableimpactoftheCOVID-19situation.Performanceinrelationtoouroperationsandourinvestmentshadbeenadverselyaffected,resultingintheimpairmentofassets. Despiteallthehardships,andtheunprecedentedchallengespresentedbytheCOVID-19situation,wehavestayedfocusedonourgoalsaswebelieveeverychallengeisanopportunity.Withourperseveranceandbykeepingahead,Iampleasedtoreportthatourcorebusinessremainsstrongwithanaverageoccupancyrateof88.9%comparedto93.3%forthesameperiodlastyear,whiletheoccupancyofourSilverageCollectioncomprisingPineCarePlaceinYohoMall,YuenLong;andPineCarePointinShekKipMeialsorecordedadouble-digitincrementof13.5%duringtheperiodunderreview. Excludingtheeffectofnon-recurringadjustmentsandouradoptionoftheHongKongFinancialReportingStandard(“HKFRS”)16Leases,ourcoreEBITDAduringtheperiodunderreviewamountedtoHK$26.3million,whichdecreasedby8.9%fromHK$28.9millionforthesameperiodlastyear. BUSINESSOUTLOOK ForgingintotheFuture ThisyearwasoneoftransformationforPineCareGroup,withourhonourtointroduceChimeCorporationLimitedanditssubsidiaries(“ChinachemGroup”)asthenewcontrollingshareholderaswellasnewmembersoftheBoardwhohaveprofoundexperience,expertiseandextensivenetworkinthepropertydevelopment,assetmanagementandhospitalitysectors.WewillleverageourresourcesandexpertisetooptimisethevalueofPineCareGroup. 各位股东：
