BUSINESSREVIEW Inthefirsthalfof2022,theCompanycontinuedtoinsistonitsoverallstrategyofdomesticandinternational“dual-circulation”bycontinuouslyexploringtheoverallexistingbusinessanddevelopingitthoroughlywhileactivelydevelopingnewbusiness.TheCompany’sbusinessinChinahasbeengrowingsteadilyandhealthily,withitsexistingbusinessbeing“value-added”continuously,particularlythe“gamehall”business.Meanwhile,theCompanyhasbeenexploringinnewracetrackssuchasmobilegamebusinessandMCN(multi-channelnetwork)broadcasting.Eventsate-sportsvenues,offlinetournamentsandprogrammeproductionoutsideChinacontinuedtodevelop. InrespectofourPCgamebusinesswhichhasover20yearsofhistory,theCompany’sbusinessplatformsectorhasbeenoptimisedandfine-tunedinvariousaspects,suchasimprovinguserexperienceofthepremiumusers,tofurtherenhanceourbrandstickinessandvisibilityandtocombinethetraditionalproductswiththehot-pickitems,includingshortvideosandlivebroadcastprojectsinordertoraisetheuseractivities,therebypromotingsustainableandhealthygrowthoftherevenuefromPCgamesinthefirsthalfof2022.TheCompanywillfurtherexplorethevalueofOurgameHallplatformusersinthefutureandcontinuetoprovidehundredsofmillionsofplatformuserswithbetterservices.Meanwhile,wewillfurtherstrengthenoureffortsinmarketingandexpandcooperationchannelsonPCplatformwithaviewtoattractingnewusers. 联众国际控股有限公司（“联众”或“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）兹此宣布本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月的未经审核综合中期业绩。该等未经审核综合中期业绩已由本公司审核委员会（“审核委员会”）审阅及批准。 业务回顾 于二零二二年上半年，本公司继续坚持国内国外“双循环”的整体战略，持续挖掘整体存量业务，做深做透，同时积极开发新增业务。本公司中国业务稳定及健康的发展，其现有业务上持续“增值”，尤其是“联众大厅”业务。与此同时，本公司在诸如移动游戏业务、MCN （多渠道网络）游戏直播等新赛道上继续探索。在中国境外的电竞场馆活动、线下赛事开展、节目制作等方面持续取得发展。 在拥有20年以上历史的PC端游戏方面，本公司的平台业务板块做出了多方面的优化调整，如提高优质客户的体验感，进一步增强品牌粘性及可视性，并将传统产品与时下最受欢迎的短视频及直播项目相结合，以提高用户活跃度，推动二零二二年上半年PC端收入的持续健康增长。本公司未来将进一步挖掘平台联众大厅用户的价值，并持续为数亿平台用户提供更优质的服务，同时，将进一步加大市场推广力度，拓宽PC平台的合作渠道，引入新用户。 02 OurgameInternationalHoldingsLimitedInterimReport2022 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis(Continued) 管理层讨论及分析（续） Inrespectofthetraditionalcardandboardgamesprojects,Ourgamecontinuedtopressaheadwiththecooperationstrategywithvariouschannels,amongwhich,ourcooperationwithvideoplatformgiant,iQIYIhasmadesteadyprogress.“AllCityFightLandlord”(全城斗地主),awebgamejointlyoperatedbybothparties,hasbeenenlistedonthegamecentreofiQIYI,providinghundredsofmillionsofuserswithenrichingentertainmentexperiencesindifferentscenes.Meanwhile,thisgameproducthascommencedcooperationwithomni-channelsandhasbeenreleasedviaOPPO,VIVO,HUAWEI,Lenovo,Xiaomi,WeChatandotherchannels,coveringdiversifiedplatformssuchashardcoregames,contents,communitygroups,andtoolsapp,therebycompletingthecomprehensivelayout.Wehavealsocooperatedindepthwithourpartner,Qutoutiao,forOurgame’sgameproduct,FightLandlordNow(马上斗地主),whichwaswell-receivedbythemarket.Ourgame’sgameproduct,ExpertsFightLandlord(达人斗地主),hasbeenpromotedonKuaishouandcooperatedwithmultipleadvertisers,whichwaswell-receivedbythemarketaftertwomonthsofcommissioning.Besides,suchproductmodelwillpromoteotherproductsrelatedtoFightLandlordandMahjong,enlargingproductcategoriesjointlypromotedwithpartners,continuingtocultivatethetraditionalcardandboardgamesmarket,whilecontinuingtomakenewexplorationinpuzzlegames. Basedonourindustrialcompetitiveedgeincardandboardgamessector,theCompanyhasestablishedalivebroadcastassociationandoperationteamthatfocusesoncardandboardgamescontents.TheCompanyhasalsoestablishedconnectionwithinternetlivestreamingplatformssuchasKuaishouandDouyintokick-startvariousinitiatives.Currently,theoperationteamhasbuiltitsownanchorcampcoveringvariouscategories,suchaschess,Mahjong,FightLandlord(斗地主),westernchess,Four-nationWarChess(四国军棋),bridgeandothersectors.Meanwhile,wearebuildingapublicchannelfeaturingshortvideoswithprofessionalcontentinvariousaspectsinordertomakethebestuseofourcompetitiveedgefromourrefinedoperationascomparedtoourindustrypeers.OurlivebroadcastbusinesshasreachedacooperativeventurewiththeofficialcardandboardgamesofKuaishou,whichhasassistedKuaishou’spromotionofitsofficialcardandboardgamesinthelivebroadcastingsector.Thecooperativeventureisanewattemptforawin-wincooperationbetweenOurgameandothercardandboardgamesoperators. 在传统棋牌项目上，联众持续推进与不同渠道的合作战略。其中，与视频平台巨头爱奇艺的合作稳步推进，由双方联合运营的《全城斗地主》网页游戏已登录爱奇艺游戏中心，为数亿用户提供不同场景下的丰富娱乐体验。同时
