BUSINESSREVIEW Inthefirsthalfof2023,underthebackgroundofcontinuouschangesindomesticandinternationalenvironment,theCompanycontinuedtoinsistonitsoverallstrategyofdomesticandinternational“dual-circulation”bycontinuouslyexploringtheoverallexistingbusinessanddevelopingitthoroughlywhileactivelydevelopingnewbusiness.TheCompany’sbusinessinChinahasbeengrowingsteadilyandhealthily,withcontinuousgrowthkeptinthe“gamehall”businessandmobilegamebusiness.Meanwhile,theCompanyhasmadeprogressinthenewracetrackofmulti-channelnetwork(“MCN”)broadcasting.Eventsate-Sportsvenues,offlinetournamentsandprogrammeproductionoutsideChinacontinuedtodevelopwiththeendofthepandemic. InrespectofourPCgamebusinessthatispopularamongloyalusers,significantimprovementhasseenintheactiveusersandserviceexperienceofthetraditionalOurgameHallservices.Meanwhile,theCompany’sbusinessplatformsectorhasbeenoptimizedandfine-tunedinvariousaspects,suchascontinuouslyimprovinguserexperienceofthepremiumusers,furtherenhancingourbrandstickinessandvisibilityandcombiningthetraditionalproductswiththehot-pickitems,includingshortvideosandlivebroadcastprojectsinordertoraisetheuseractivities,therebypromotingsustainableandhealthygrowthoftherevenuefromPCgamesinthefirsthalfof2023.TheCompanywillfurtherexplorethevalueofOurgameHallplatformusersinthefuturetopromotethecontinuousreturnofexistingusersandcontinuetoprovidehundredsofmillionsofplatformuserswithbetterservices.Meanwhile,wewillfurtherstrengthenoureffortsinmarketing,expandcooperationchannelsonPCplatform,andfurtherattractnewandexistinguserstoexperienceourhigh-qualityservices. 联众国际控股有限公司（“联众”或“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）兹此宣布本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月的未经审核综合中期业绩。该等未经审核综合中期业绩已由本公司审核委员会（“审核委员会”）审阅及批准。 业务回顾 于二零二三年上半年，在国内外环境持续变化的背景下，本公司继续坚持国内国外“双循环”的整体战略，持续挖掘整体存量业务，做深做透，同时积极开发新增业务。本公司中国国内业务稳定及健康发展，“联众大厅”业务和移动游戏业务保持持续增长。与此同时，本公司在多渠道网络（“MCN”）直播等新赛道上亦取得不断进步。另外随着疫情的结束，在中国境外的电竞场馆活动、线下赛事开展、节目制作等方面亦持续取得发展。 在深受广大忠实用户喜爱的PC端游戏业务方面，传统联众大厅服务的活跃人数和服务体验都有了显着提升。同时，本公司的平台业务板块也作出了多方面的优化调整，如持续提高优质客户的体验感，进一步增强品牌粘性及可视性，并将传统产品与时下最受欢迎的短视频及直播项目相结合，以提高用户活跃度，推动二零二三年上半年PC端收入的持续健康增长。本公司未来将进一步挖掘联众大厅平台用户的价值，促使老用户持续回归，并持续为数亿平台用户提供更优质的服务，同时，我们将进一步加大市场推广力度，拓宽PC平台的合作管道，进一步吸引新老用户体验我们的优质服务。 02 OurgameInternationalHoldingsLimitedInterimReport2023 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis(Continued) 管理层讨论及分析（续） Inrespectofthetraditionalmindsportsproductprojects,Ourgamecontinuedtopressaheadwiththecooperationstrategywithvariouschannels.Inadditiontotheexistingwell-runtraditionalproductssuchasFightLandlordandMahjong,Ourgamecontinuedtolaunchanumberofmobile-basedgameproductsinfirsthalfof2023,suchasFarmersFightLandlord(农家斗地主),Two-ExpertsMahjong(达人二人麻将)andBravesFightLandlord(智勇斗地主),whichhavebeenpromotedonKuaishouplatformandcooperatedwithmultipleadvertisers.Afternearlyoneyearofoperation,suchproductsandserviceshavebeenwidelyrecognizedbythemarketwithhigherrevenueandmoreusers,becomingtheleaderofsimilarproductsinthemarketinaquickmanner.TheCompanyplanstoapplythemodelofsuchproductstothepromotionofothermindsportsgamesproductsinthefuture,enlargeproductcategoriesjointlypromotedwithpartners,andcontinuetocultivatethetraditionalmindsportsgamesmarket.Meanwhile,theCompanyalsoplanstocontinuetomakeexplorationandlayoutinleisureandpuzzlegames,andfurtherprovidehigh-qualityservicesforusersofdifferentagegroups. In2023,theCompanycontinuestostrengthentheconstructionoftheMCNoperationteam.TheCompanyhasestablishedextensiveconnectionwithinternetlivestreamingplatformssuchasKuaishouandDouyintokick-startvariousinitiatives.Currently,theoperationteamhasbuiltitsownsuperioranchorcampcoveringvariouscategories,suchaschess,mahjong,fightlandlord(斗地主),westernchess,Four-nationWarChess(四国军棋),bridgeandothersectors.Therelevantlivestreamingaccountsmatrixhavealreadyhadmillionsofusersandfans,andalargenumberofheadaccountshavebeencreated,suchasMahjongCompetitor(麻将竞技君),wherecompetitivemindsportsgamesplayersinteractwithfansinrealtime,providinguserswithhigh-qualitylivestreamingandeventcontentsofmindsportsgames.Meanwhile,wearebuildingapublicchannelfeaturingshortvideoswithprofessionalcontentinvariousaspectsinordertomakethebestuseofourcompetitiveedgefromourrefinedoperationascomparedtoourindustrypeers.Ourlivebroadcastbusinesshasreachedacooperativeventurewit
