Duringthesixmonthsended30June2022,therevenuedecreasedbyapproximately13.2%fromapproximatelyHK$324.8millionfortheperiodended30June2021toapproximatelyHK$281.9fortheperiodended30June2022. Astheuncertainglobaleconomicenvironment,theBoardandmanagementoftheCompanystrivetodeveloptheexistingcorebusinessandexplorenewbusinessprudentlytomaintaintheGroupinagoodfinancialposition. Asat30June2022,theGroupmaintainedasolidfinancialpositionwithbankandcashbalancestotalingapproximatelyHK$190.0million(asat31December2021: 145.6million). ReviewofOperations TheEMSandDistributionofCommunicationProducts TherevenuefromEMSbusinessdecreasedby9.4%toHK$270.1million(2021:HK$298.0million),whereastherevenuefromDistributionofCommunicationsProductsbusinessdecreasedby64.0%toHK$8.6million(2021:HK$23.9million). RealEstateSupplyChainServices TheRealEstateSupplyChainServicesbusinesscontinuedtobenegativelyaffectedbystringenttravelrestrictionsandborderclosuresbeingimplementedsinceMarch2020.ItreportedsegmentrevenueofapproximatelyHK$3.3million,ascomparedtoapproximatelyHK$2.6millionforthepriorperiod. SecuritiesandOtherAssetsInvestment TheSecuritiesandOtherAssetsInvestmentbusinesscontributedsegmentrevenueofapproximatelyHK$20,000(2021:HK$0.3million)forthesixmonthsended30June2022,whichisprincipallyderivedfromrentalincome. 业务回顾 截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月，Omicron的爆发已造成自COVID-19疫情首次出现以来最严重的感染传播，我们在香港及中国的业务均受到全国相关防控检疫措施的影响。此外，上海办事处关闭近两个月，管理层安排香港办事处居家工作三个月并轮班工作至今以降低传播风险。因此，本集团部分正在进行的项目延期或发展缓慢。 截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月，收入由截至二零二一年六月三十日止期间约324,800,000港元减少约13.2%至二零二二年六月三十日止期间约281,900,000港元。 由于不确定的全球经济环境，本公司董事会及管理层致力于发展本集团现有核心业务，探索新的业务，谨慎维持本集团良好的财务状况。 于二零二二年六月三十日，本集团维持稳健财务状况，银行及现金结余总计约为190,000,000港元 （二零二一年十二月三十一日：145,600,000港元）。 营运回顾 电子制造服务及分销通讯产品 电子制造服务的收入减少9.4%至270,100,000港元 （二零二一年：298,000,000港元），而分销通讯产品的收入减少64.0%至8,600,000港元（二零二一年：23,900,000港元）。 房地产供应链服务 房地产供应链服务业务继续受到自二零二零年三月以来实施的严格旅行限制及边境关闭的负面影响。此业务呈报分部收入约3,300,000港元，而上一期间约为2,600,000港元。 证券及其他资产投资 截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月，证券及其他资产投资业务贡献分部收入约20,000港元（二零二一年：300,000港元），主要来自租金收入。 InterimReport中期报告20223 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论及分析 GeographicalAnalysis RevenuecontributionsfromthemajorEuropeancountries(theUnitedKingdom,Switzerland,FranceandBelgium)totalledapproximatelyHK$131.1million(2021:HK$164.4million),andaccountedfor46.5%oftheGroup’stotalturnoverforthesixmonthsended30June2022(2021:50.6%).TheUnitedStated(“US”)marketcontributionapproximatelyHK$47.1million(2021:HK$34.3million)inrevenueandaccountedfor16.7%oftotalrevenue(2021:10.6%).ThePeople’sRepublicofChina,includingHongKong(the“PRC”)andothercountriesaccountedforapproximatelyHK$26.8million(2021:HK$37.7million)andHK$76.9million(2021:HK$88.4million),respectively.
