Duringthesixmonthsended30June2022(the“Period”),theGroupcontinueditsbusinessstrategiessetintheprecedingyeartodiversifyitsportfolioofpipelinepropertiesexpandingfromnon-residentialpropertiestoalsoresidentialpropertiesinprovisionofpropertymanagementandvalue-addedservices.Thus,ourportfolioofpropertiesundermanagementexpandedduringthePeriodwiththegrossfloorarea(“GFA”)increasedfromapproximately6.6millionsq.m.asat31December2021toapproximately7.2millionsq.m.asat30June2022.Asat30June2022,ourportfolioofcontractedpropertiescoveredGFAofapproximately11.0millionsq.m.inaggregate. DuringthePeriod,weenteredinto11propertyengineeringcontractswithanaggregatedoriginalcontractsum,netoftax,ofapproximatelyRMB5.8million(30June2021:RMB46.4million).ThedecreaseincontractvaluewaslargelyaffectedbytheoveralldownturneconomyduringthePeriodandassuchtheengineeringservicesprovidedtopropertyprojectsbytheGroupwereinasmallerscale,whichledtolowerrevenueoftheGroup. 业务回顾 业务概览 兴业物联服务集团有限公司（“本公司”），连同其附属公司（统称“本集团”或“我们”）于一九九九年成立，是河南省着名的物业管理服务供应商，特别致力于提供物业管理及增值服务。我们提供广泛的物业管理服务，包括（其中包括）保安、清洁、绿化及园艺、停车位管理、公共区域的维修保养以及客户服务及增值服务，包括专用区域的维修保养、装修废料清理、中介租赁服务等。我们亦为客户提供物业工程服务，包括规划、设计及安装保安及监控系统、门禁系统、停车场管理系统及建筑工地管理系统，以提升我们客户物业管理系统的质量。 截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月 （“本期间”），本集团继续其于上一年设定的业务策略，使其管线内物业组合多元化，物业管理及增值服务的范围从非住宅物业扩大至住宅物业。因此，于本期间，我们的在管物业组合扩张，建筑面积（“建筑面
