On1June2022,thePRCgovernmentreleasedthe14thFive-YearPlanforRenewableEnergyDevelopment,specifyingthattheannualrenewableenergygenerationwillreachapproximately3.3trillionkilowatthoursby2025.Duringthe14thFive-YearPlanperiod,renewableenergygenerationwillaccountformorethan50%oftheincreaseinelectricityconsumptionacrossofthesociety,andtheamountofwindandsolarpowergenerationwilldouble. Inthefirsthalfof2022,theinstalledcapacityofwindandPVpowerstillachievedasubstantialgrowthdespitethecontinuedimpactoftheepidemic.AccordingtothestatisticsofNationalEnergyAdministrationofChina,asoftheendofJune2022,China’sinstalledwindpowercapacitywasapproximately340GW,representingayear-on-yearincreaseof17.2%,andtheinstalledcapacityofsolarpowergenerationwasapproximately340GW,representingayear-on-yearincreaseof25.8%.FromJanuarytoJune,theaverageutilizationhoursofwindpowerinChinawas1,154hours,representingadecreaseof58hourscomparedwiththesameperiodofpreviousyear.TheaverageutilizationhoursofPVpowerinChinareached690hours,representingayear-on-yearincreaseof30hours. 管理层讨论及分析 一、经营环境 2022年以来，国际环境较2021年更加错综复杂，俄乌冲突加之新一轮疫情，对全球政治、经贸、能源、金融等带来巨大冲击，全球整体经济仍然缓慢复苏。俄乌冲突引发的欧洲能源危机也使得全球能源变革加速，将从根本上重塑全球能源格局。新能源将成为未来能源增量的主体，已在全球范围内达成共识。 2022年6月1日，中国政府发布《“十四五”可再生能源发展规划》，明确到2025年，可再生能源年发电量达到3.3万亿千瓦时左右。“十四五”期间，可再生能源发电量增量在全社会用电量增量中的占比超过50%，风电和太阳能发电量实现翻倍。 2022年上半年，尽管仍有疫情影响，但上半年风电、光伏装机仍然实现大幅增长。依据中国国家能源局统计资料，截至2022年6月底，中国风电装机容量约3.4亿千瓦，同比增长17.2%；太阳能发电装机容量约3.4亿千瓦，同比增长25.8%。1-6月中国风电平均利用小时数为1,154小时，比上年同期减少58小时。中国光伏平均利用小时数为690小时，同比增加30小时。 MANAGEMENTDISCUSSIONANDANALYSIS(Continued) I.OperatingEnvironment(Continued) (1)AsTechnologyContinuedtoAdvance,WindPowerEquipmentPricesRemainedLow. Duringthereportingperiod,windturbinescontinuedtodevelopinthedirectionoflargercapacity,tallertowersandlongerblades.Intermsofprice,althoughrawmaterialpriceshavebeenfluctuating,thebiddingpricesofwindturbineshaveremainedbelowRMB2,000/kWsinceearly2022,reachingahistoricallowlevel.Itisanticipatedthatthepriceofwindturbineswillremainlowinthesecondhalfoftheyear. PVpowertechnologycontinuedtodeveloptowardslargersiliconwafersandhigherpowermodules.ThemoreadvancedN-typecelltechnologyhasbeenmovingtowardsindustrialization,whichwillhel
