On17January2020(the“ListingDate”),thesharesoftheCompany(the“Shares”)weresuccessfullylistedontheMainBoardofTheStockExchangeofHongKongLimited(the“StockExchange”)(the“Listing”),markinganimportantmilestoneoftheGroupandlayingasolidfoundationforourfuturedevelopment. TheGroupisaHongKong-basedcontractorengagedinfaçadeworks,whichmainlyincludewindows,windowwallsystem,curtainwallsystemandotherfaçademembers.Weprincipallyprovidedesignandbuildservicesfornewbuildingsandrenovationservicesforbuiltpremises. DuringtheYear,theGrouprecordedatotalrevenueofHK$223.1million,representingadecreaseofapproximately36.4%ascomparedtoapproximatelyHK$350.8millionfortheyearended31March2021whichwasmainlyduetosubstantialcompletionoftheprojectsonhandduringtheyearended31March2021.TheGrouprecordedanetprofitofapproximatelyHK$1.4million,representedadecreaseofapproximately76.7%ascomparedwithapproximatelyHK$6.0millionfortheyearended31March2021.Forthecontributingfactorsofthedecreaseinnetprofit,pleaserefertothe“ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis”sectionofthisreport. TheDirectorsareoftheviewthatthenovelcoronavirus(the“COVID-19”)pandemicoutbreakcontinuedtoaffectdifferentindustries,includingconstructionindustry,inHongKongandthebusinessenvironmentinwhichtheGroupoperatesremainsdifficultandchallenging.AlthoughtheCOVID-19pandemichadgraduallybeenundercontrolincertainperiodduringtheYearastheCOVID-19vaccinationratecontinuedtorise,thearrivalofthenewvariantsofCOVID-19inearlyJanuary2022hadchangedthesituationandcausedasevereoutbreakinHongKong(generallyreferredas5thwaveofpandemic).TheGovernmentoftheHongKongSpecialAdministrativeRegionhadtointroduceaseriesofstrictbutnecessarypandemicpreventionandcontrolmeasurestocontainthesevereepidemicsituation,atthecostofaffectingthegraduallyrecoveringHongKongeconomyactivities.OurGroupalsofacedincreasingdifficulties,suchas:supplychaindisruptionsondeliverproductsfromMainlandChinatoHongKongconstructionssites,areductioninproductivityasaresultofillnessandpreventativequarantinesofthoserelatedclosecontactsandon-sitearrangementormeasuresimposedbythe 致各位股
