As of 31 December 2025, the Group owned 189 solarpower plants, 38 wind power plants, 26 hydro power plantsand 3 energy storage power stations with an aggregate grid-connected installed capacity of approximately 14,185MW,which had total electricity generation volume of approximately22,831,615MWh for the entire 2025. In addition, the Groupalso held 4 solar power plants, 5 wind power plants and 2hydro power plants through its associates with an aggregategrid-connected installed capacity of approximately 1,101MW,which had total electricity generation volume of approximately2,581,128MWh. Our power plant network covers variousprovinces/autonomous regions including Yunnan, Hebei, InnerMongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Guangdong and Zhejiang, etc. aswell as Australia and Vietnam. Under the rapid growth of the clean energy industry, theCompany has attracted many strong investors, includingBEH (an integrated energy service enterprise of Beijing City),CMNEG under CMG, CITIC FAMC (one of the four major assetm a n a g e m e n t c o m p a n i e s i n C h i n a ) , Q C C I ( a s t a t e - o w n e denterprise) and ORIX Corporation (an international large-scalegroup providing integrated financial services). The Group aims to become the most respected internationalc l e a n e n e r g y e c o s y s t e m i n v e s t o r a n d o p e r a t o r , a n d a testablishing a green ecosphere by employing a low-carbon andsustainable development model, so as to bring clean energyinto millions of families.
