HSDU MONITORING 78 415Updatessubmitted2 65 200HSDUs withcompleted baseline Since April 2025, one new project was initiated in Benishangul-Gumuz region of Ethiopia. Across all projects, a comprehensivebaseline, including information on the availability of essentialhealth services, has been established for over65 000 HSDUs.Furthermore,the continuous monitoring approach hasresulted in the submission ofover 75000 new HSDU updatesover the last 12 months. Cumulative number of usersUSER COMMUNITY 1801New platformusers In the last 12 months, the HeRAMS platform has seen continu-ous growth, with over 1800 new users joining. This represents a12% increase in the total user community, bringing the cumu-lative number of registered users close to 17 000. CAPACITY BUILDING Over the last 12 months, 20 training events were conductedacross 5 countries, reaching close to 500 participants. Througha mix of on-site, online, and hybrid formats, key informantsandproject administrators were trained in the HeRAMSmethodology, equipping them to contribute and use dataeffectively.
