ProfitbeforetaxoftheGroupforthePeriodamountedtoRMB1,864,000ascomparedwithlossbeforetaxofRMB4,632,000forthe2023CorrespondingPeriod.Theturnaroundfromlosstoprofitwasmainlyattributableto,amongotherthings,thecombinedeffectofthefollowing:(i)theincreaseinrevenuefromconstructionofinfrastructureanddevelopmentofpropertiesasaresultofthecompletionofthesettlementoftheoverallconstructionofZhongfangChaozhouJingNanIndustrialParkProjectduringthePeriod;and(ii)theincreaseingainondisposalofassetsclassifiedasheldforsale.EarningspersharewasapproximatelyRMB0.0021(2023CorrespondingPeriod:losspershareofRMB0.0026). BUSINESSREVIEW ConstructionofInfrastructureandDevelopmentofProperties (i)ConstructionofInfrastructureBusiness TheconstructionofinfrastructurebusinessisoneoftheprincipalbusinessesoftheGroup.ZhongfangChaozhou,awholly-ownedsubsidiaryoftheCompany,principallyengagesinconstructionofinfrastructureinthePRC.Conventionally,theGroup,beingacontractor,willberesponsiblefor(i)raisingandfinancingthedevelopmentcostoftheconstructionprojects;(ii)launchingconstruction;and(iii)supervisingtheconstructionproceduresandqualitycontrol.Uponcompletionoftheconstructionproject,theinfrastructurewillberepurchasedbythegovernmentdepartmentorprivatecompanysuchthatrevenuecanberecognisedinthisregard. 财务回顾 于本期，本集团之收益约为人民币5,465,000元（2023年同期：人民币744,000元），较2023年同期收益大幅上升。收益大幅上升主要由于本期基础设施建设及物业发展之收益上涨所致。 本集团于本期之除税前溢利为人民币1,864,000元，2023年同期则为除税前亏损人民币4,632,000元。实现扭亏为盈主要由于（其中包括）下列(i)中房潮州径南工业园项目整体工程的结算工作于本期完成，基础设施建设及物业发展的收入增加；及(ii)出售分类为持作销售的资产的收益增加之综合影响。每股盈利约为人民币0.0021元（2023年同期：每股亏损人民币0.0026元）。 业务回顾 基础设施建设及物业发展 (i)基础设施建设业务 基础设施建设业务是本集团的主要业务之一。本公司的全资附属公司中房潮州主要于中国从事基础设施建设。按照惯例，本集团作为承包商，将负责(i)筹集及资助建设项目的开发成本； (ii)启动建设；及(iii)监督建设程序及质量控制。建设项目完成后，基础设施将由政府部门或私人公司购回，以便可在该方面确认收益。 4ShenyangPublicUtilityHoldingsCompanyLimited/InterimReport2024 ManagementDiscussionandAnalysis 管理层讨论与分析 AfterseveralroundsofcheckingofthesettlementdataofZhongfangChaozhouJingNanIndustrialParkProject(the“Project”)byvariousparties,theauditresultsofthewholeportionundertheProjectwereagreedbythegovernment,ChaozhouJinshanandZhongfangChaozhouon7April2024.Asaresult,thesettlementoftheProjectwasf
