The infrastructure includes a redundant water-cooled system supported by free-cooling, cold air supply from the bottom to the top via raised floor, and star-shaped chilled water pipes to CRAC units with redundant pumps. Power is supplied by an on-site substation delivering 1.6 MVA, with a maximum client IT load of 0.8 MW, an average power density of 1.0 kW/m², and UPS N+1 redundancy with a minimum bridging time of 15 minutes at full load. Emergency generators are also available, ensuring 48-hour fuel storage.
Service level agreements include 99.95% power uptime availability, climate control conditions aligned with ASHRAE guidelines, and connectivity availability. The center offers fully-fitted and supporting products and services, such as consulting, general and implementation planning for development projects, installation services, remote hands services, and fire protection measures including automatic digital fire alarm systems, smoke detection, mobile gas extinguishing systems, and card swipe entry systems.
Connectivity is carrier- and cloud-neutral, featuring a carrier mix from global Tier 1 suppliers to regional suppliers, redundant cabling infrastructure, and high-performance internet access. Additional services encompass consulting, client implementation, installation services, and remote hands services provided by the technical infrastructure on-call service.
