Location and Context

• City and Region: Madrid, the capital and most populous city in Spain, is also the financial and economic center of the country, boasting one of the highest GDPs in the EU.

• Site: Located on a 12,516m² site at Európolis Business and Technology Park in Las Rozas, a municipality located 20km northwest of Madrid.

• Space and Flexibility: Offers fully fitted and flexible colocation deployments, including single rack colocation, cages, suites, turnkey builds, shell and core solutions, and ancillary spaces like offices, storage, and pre-installation rooms.
