Throughoutthecorrespondingperiod,theglobalandlocalequitymarketshadexperiencedintensevolatility.TheGroup’sproactiveinvestmentstrategyistomaximiseprofitforshareholders,throughinvestmentinlistedsecuritieswithrelativelyhighyield,especiallythebankingandtelecommunicationssectorswhichcontributed85%ofdividendincomefromalldividendgeneratedfromlistedsecuritiesinvestmentduringtheyear. Asat31March2024,theGroup’sinvestmentportfoliowaswelldiversifiedandcomprisedofdifferentsectorsincludingbanking,telecommunications,transportation,retailbusinesses,properties,manufacturing,constructionetc,includinginvestmentinlistedsecuritiesamountedHK$76.8million(2023:HK$83.4million)andunlistedinvestmentwithfairvalueatamountHK$0.41million(2023:HK$2.4million).Therewasnoadditionofunlistedinvestmentduringtheyear. 业务回顾 开明投资有限公司及其附属公司（“本集团”）截至二零二四年三月三十一日年度止，本集团股东应占亏损约为7,400,000港元（二零二
