Grossproceedsfromdisposaloftradingsecuritiesincreasedby100%fromHK$10.4milliontoHK$20.9millionandtheGroupmadesomeyieldenhancementswapinvestmentunderthepresentuncertaintyofthemacroeconomicenvironmentwhichwasmainlyaffectedbyinterestratehikeintheU.S.duringtheyear.Also,wewouldliketominimizepotentiallossfromthesehighlyvolatilestockmarkets,astheGroupmustbeprudentandmaintainthosehighyieldbluechipsecuritiesinordertogeneratedividendsforoperationsandsufficientfundstomeetcominginvestmentopportunities.Therefore,itwasnotinlinewiththedecreasingmarketturnoverofapproximately19%intheHangSengIndex(“HSI”)comparedwiththatoflastyear.Asat31March2023,thenetassetvaluedecreasedby14%fromHK$104.6milliontoHK$90.1million,inlinewiththedecrementof7%oftheHSIduringthisyear. Throughoutthecorrespondingperiod,theglobalandlocalequitymarketshadexperiencedintensevolatility.TheGroup’sproactiveinvestmentstrategywastomaximizeprofitforshareholders,throughinvestmentinlistedsecuritieswithrelativelyhighyield,especiallythebankingandtelecommunicationssectorswhichcontributed80%individendincomefromalldividendgeneratedfromlistedsecuritiesinvestmentduringtheyear. Asat31March2023,theGroup’sinvestmentportfoliowaswelldiversifiedandcomprisedofdifferentsectorsincludingbanking,telecommunications,transportation,retailbusinesses,properties,manufacturing,constructionetc,includinginvestmentinlistedsecuritiesamountedHK$83.4million(2022:HK$97.2million)andunlistedinvestmentwithfairvalueatamountHK$2.4million(2022:HK$3.3million).Therewasnoadditionoftheunlistedinvestmentduringtheyear. 业务回顾 开明投资有限公司及其附属公司（“本集团”）截至二零二三年三月三十一日年度止，本集团股东应占亏损约为14,400,000港元（二零二二年：约为130,000港元），其中关于按上市证券的变现及未变现亏损分别约为550,000港元及11,900,000港元（二零二二年：变现收益及未变现亏损分别约为700,000港元及2,400,000港元），而关于非上市股本投资的未变现亏损约为900,000港元（二零二二年：未变现收益约为1,850,000）。每股亏损为0.0113港元（二零二二年：0.0001港元）。 出售交易证券所得款项总额由去年同期约 10,400,000港元上升100%至约20,900,000港 元，主要因为受美国加息影响的宏观经济环境不明朗情况下，本集团曾进行一些增加回报的交易互换投资。而且为了最大程度地减少受高波动性股票市场产生的潜在损失，本集团须谨慎行事，并保留更多的高息和蓝筹上市证券，以便产生足够的股息收
