TheGroupisprincipallyengagedin(i)theprovisionoffoundation(includingtheconstructionofmini-piles,rock-socketedsteelH-pilesanddrivensteelHpiles)andothercivilworks(includingsiteformationworks,androadandpavementworks)andtunnelingworks(includingpipejacking,handdigtunnelandcut-and-covertunnelworks)inHongKongandoverseas,and(ii)premisesrevitalisationandenhancementbusinessinthePRC. TheGrouphasalsoinvestedinanassociateforthepurposeofthedevelopmentoftheBirminghamPropertyProject.TheBirminghamPropertyProjectconsistsof304residentialapartmentssituatedattheWindmillStreet,Birmingham,theUnitedKingdom.Asat31March2024,about96.7%oftheapartmentshavebeensold. 致各位股东 本人谨代表董事会欣然呈报本集团截至 2024年3月31日止年度的年报。 本集团从事之主要业务为(i)于香港及海外从事提供地基（包括预钻孔小型灌注桩、预钻孔灌注工字桩及冲击式工字桩）及其他土木工程（包括地盘平整工程以及道路及行人道工程）以及隧道工程（包括顶管、手挖隧道及明挖回填隧道工程）；及(ii)于中国之物业活化及升级业务。 本集团亦投资于一间联营公司，以发展伯明罕物业项目。伯明罕物业项目包括位于英国伯明罕WindmillStreet的304间住宅公寓。于2024年3月31日，约96.7%的公寓已出售。 04YeeHopHoldingsLimited义合控股有限公司 Chairman’sStatement 主席报告 RESULTSUMMARY Duringthe2024FinancialYear,theGrouprecordedaconsolidatedrevenueofapproximatelyHK$832.1million,representinganincreaseof17.6%fromthe2023CorrespondingYear.GrossprofitoftheGroupamountedtoHK$93.2million,anincreaseof22.3%fromthe2023CorrespondingYear.ProfitattributabletoownersofCompanyamountedtoHK$22.1millionrepresentinganincrease82.7%ascomparedtothatinthe2023CorrespondingYear.EarningspersharewasHK$0.04forthe2024FinancialYearcomparingwithHK$0.02forthe2023CorrespondingYear.TheGroupmaintainshealthyfinancialpositionwithnetcurrentassetsofHK$266.8millionandnetcashpositionatthefinancialyearend. Withthededicatedsupportofourstaffandcustomers,theGrouphasbeenawarded17contractswithoriginalcontractsumsoftotallingHK$1,365millionandtheoutstandingcontractvalue(basedontheoriginalcontractvalue)asat31March2024amountedtoapproximatelyHK$1,309million.
