TheGroupisalongestablishedcontractorinHongKongandisprincipallyengagedintheprovisionoffoundationworks(includetheconstructionofmini-piles,rock-socketedsteelH-pilesanddrivensteelHpiles,andothercivilwork,whichincludessiteformationworks,androadandpavementworks)andtunnelingworks(includepipejacking,handdigtunnelandcut-and-overtunnelworks)inHongKongandoverseas. InlateMarch2021,theGrouphasdiversifiedandexpandedtopremisesrevitalisationandenhancementbusinessbyenteringtwocooperationagreementswhichrelatetopremisessituatedinGuangzhou,afirst-tiercityinthePRC. TheGrouphasalsoinvestedinanassociatedcompanyforthepurposeofthedevelopmentoftheBirminghamPropertyProject.TheBirminghamPropertyProjectconsistsof304residentialapartmentssituatedattheWindmillStreet,Birmingham,theUnitedKingdom.Asat31March2023,96.4%oftheapartmentshavebeensoldandtheshareofprofitsfromtheBirminghamPropertyProjectforthe2023FinancialYearwasapproximatelyHK$1.7million. 致各位股东 本人谨代表董事会欣然呈报本集团截至 2023年3月31日止年度的年报。 本集团为一间在香港有着悠久历史的承建商，并主要于香港及海外从事提供地基工程（包括预钻孔小型灌注桩、预钻孔灌注工字桩及冲击式工字桩）及其他土木工程 （包括地盘平整工程以及道路及行人道工程）以及隧道工程（包括顶管、手挖隧道及明挖回填隧道工程）。 于2021年3月下旬，本集团透过就位于中国一线城市广州的物业签订两份合作协议多元化并扩展至物业活化及升级业务。 本集团亦投资于一间联营公司，以发展伯明罕物业项目。伯明罕物业项目包括位于英国伯明罕WindmillStreet的304间住宅公寓。于2023年3月31日，96.4%的公寓已出售而2023年财政年度分占伯明罕物业项目的利润份额约为港币1.7百万元。 Chairman’sStatement 主席报告 RESULTSUMMARY Duringthe2023FinancialYear,theGrouprecordedaconsolidatedrevenuefromthecontinuingoperationsofapproximatelyHK$707.8million,representingadecreaseof3.8%fromthe2022CorrespondingYear.GrossprofitfromthecontinuingoperationsoftheGroupamountedtoHK$76.2million,adecreaseof26.7%fromthe2022CorrespondingYear.ProfitattributabletoownersofCompanyfromthecontinuingoperationsamountedtoHK$12.1millionrepresentingadecreaseof65.0%ascomparedtothatinthe2022CorrespondingYear.EarningspersharefromcontinuinganddiscontinuedoperationswasHK$0.02forthe2023FinancialYearcomparingwithHK$0.07forthe2022CorrespondingYear.TheGr
