Since December 2022, the Chineseand Hong Kong governments have gradually lifted various COVIDcontrol restrictions and social and economic activities in MainlandChina and Hong Kong have been returning to normal and variousindustries have shown a clear recovery trend. As a result, theeconomies of China and Hong Kong have grown by approximately5.3% and 3.2% respectively in 2023. However, the recovery isfar shakier than expected, with rising interest rates, a deepeningproperty crisis, mounting investment risks and tepid demand castinga pall over the outlook for the coming year. 截 至 二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年度，本 集 團 收 益 減 少 至 約67.63百 萬 港元，較截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度約88.73百萬港元減少約23.78%。本 集 團 毛 利 由 截 至 二 零 二 二 年 十 二 月三 十 一 日 止 年 度 的 約33.32百 萬 港 元 減少 約12.40百 萬 港 元 至 截 至 二 零 二 三 年十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度 的 約20.92百 萬港元。毛利率由截至二零二二年十二月三 十 一 日 止 年 度 的 約37.55%下 降至 截至 二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度約30.93%。本集團錄得截至二零二三年十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度 虧 損 約240.34百 萬 港 元，而 截 至 二 零 二 二 年 十 二 月三十一日止年度錄得虧損約95.33百萬港元。 For the year ended 31 December 2023, the revenue of the Groupdecreased to approximately HK$67.63 million as compared toapproximately HK$88.73 million for the year ended 31 December2022, representing a decrease of approximately 23.78%. TheGroup’sgross profit decreased by approximately HK$12.40million from approximately HK$33.32 million for the year ended 31December 2022 to approximately HK$20.92 million for the yearended 31 December 2023. The gross profit margin decreased fromapproximately 37.55% for the year ended 31 December 2022 toapproximately 30.93% for the year ended 31 December 2023. TheGroup recorded a loss of approximate
