TheGroupcontinuedtobraceforachallengingenvironmentduringtheperiodunderreview.Grossprofitmarginwas42.90%duringtheperiodunderreview,representingadecreaseof1.63%from44.53%inthecorrespondingperiodoflastyear.Duringtheperiodunderreview,thelossfortheperiodincreasedfromapproximatelyHK$26,058,000forthecorrespondingperiodoflastyeartoapproximatelyHK$30,708,000fortheperiodunderreview.TheincreaseinlossfortheperiodwasmainlyduetotheturnaroundoftheresultsofanassociatefromashareofprofitofapproximatelyHK$1,059,000inthecorrespondingperiodoflastyeartoashareoflossofapproximatelyHK$6,382,000duringtheperiodunderreview.
