COMPANYOVERVIEW TheGroupisanintegratedconstructioncontractorwhichprovidesbuildingandancillaryservices.Sinceitsestablishmentin2006,theGrouphasaccumulatedexperienceinprovidingawidespectrumofconstructionservicestoitscustomers.Theservicesarerequiredinvariousbuildingandconstructionprojectsinrelationtohotelandcasinoresorts,propertydevelopers,infrastructuresofwatersupply,andpublicamenitiesandutilities(suchascarriageways,footpaths,drainsandsewers). Thebuildingandancillaryservicesmainlyincludefoundationassociatedworks,hardlandscaping,alterationandadditionworks,roadworks,waterpipeworks,electricalandmechanicalworksandotherancillarybuildingworks. BUSINESSREVIEW In2023,theGrouphascapitalizedonthedevelopmentofthenewreclamationareainMacau,primarilyconcentratingonconstructionprojectswithinthepublicsector.Concurrently,inHongKong,theGrouphasprimarilybeeninvolvedinpilingworks.ByleveragingtheopportunitiesarisingfromthenewreclamationareainMacau,theGrouphasstrategicallyaligneditsfocustowardsbuildingandancillaryservices,whileinHongKong,itsprimaryareaofexpertiseliesinpilingoperations.ThisdiversificationallowstheGrouptooptimizeitsbusinesspresenceaccordingly. However,thegrossprofitoftheconstructionprojectsundertakenhasexperiencedadecline.TheGrouphasfacedchallengesduetounfavorableinflationaryfactors,whichhaveimpactedthefinancialperformanceoftheprojects.DespitetheGroup’seffortstomitigateconstructioncosts,theimp
