FINALRESULTSANDFINALDIVIDEND TheGroup’sauditedconsolidatednetlossattributabletoshareholderswasapproximatelyHK$14.8millionfortheYear(2022:HK$44.1million)whichwasmainlyattributabletothenetlossonlistedinvestmentsandimpairmentoffinancialassets.LosspersharefortheYearwasapproximatelyHK$0.05(2022:HK$0.16). TheBoarddoesnotrecommendthepaymentofafinaldividendfortheYear(2022:Nil). BUSINESSREVIEW TheCompanyisaninvestmentcompanyandtheCompany’ssharesarelistedontheMainBoardofTheStockExchangeofHongKongLimited(the“StockExchange”)since27October1999,pursuanttoChapter21oftheRulesGoverningtheListingofSecuritiesontheStockExchange(the“ListingRules”).DuringtheYear,theGroupremainsprincipallyengagedinlistedinvestmentsinHongKongandinunlistedcompanies. GiventheliquidityofstockmarketsworldwidewascontinuouslyimprovedduringtheYear,theperformanceoflistedinvestmentsoftheGroupenhancedaccordingly.ThelistedequityinvestmentshaspostednetrealisedlossofapproximatelyHK$23.6million(2022:HK$47.0million)andunrealisedgainofapproximatelyHK$6.8million(2022:HK$29.9million).DuringtheYear,theBoardremainedfocusonlistedequityinHongKong.TheCompanyiscautiousinidentifyinganyinvestmentopportunitiestoachievemedium-termorlong-termcapitalappreciation. 本人谨代表港湾数字产业资本有限公司（“本公司”）董事会（“董事会”）提呈本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度（“本年度”）之经审核业绩。 全年业绩及末期股息 本集团本年度之股东应占经审核综合亏损净额约为港币14,800,000元（二零二二 年：港币44,100,000元），主要由于上市投 资之亏损净额及金融资产减值。本年度每 股亏损约为港币0.05元（二零二二年：港币0.16元）。 董事会不推荐就本年度派付末期股息（二零二二年：无）。 业务回顾 本公司为投资公司，本公司股份根据香港联合交易所有限公司（“联交所”）证券上市规则（“上市规则”）第21章自一九九九 年十月二十七日起在联交所主板上市。于本年度内，本集团仍然主要在香港从事上市投资及投资非上市公司。 鉴于本年度全球股票市场之流动性得到持续改善，因此本集团上市投资之表现亦相应改善。上市股本投资录得已变现 亏损净额约港币23,600,000元（二零二二年：港币47,000,000元），及未变现收益约港币6,800,000元（二零二二年：港币29,900,000元）。于本年度内，董事会仍专注于香港之上市股本。本公司在物色任何 投资机会时维持审慎态度，从而达致中线或长线资本增值。 InordertokeepreasonablespreadoftheGroup’sinvestments,theBoardwillmaintainadiversifiedinvestmentportfoliotocoverawiderangeofbusinesssectors,including,butnotlimitedto,companiesengagedinsectorssuchasfinance,consumergoodsandservices,media,construction,mining,etc. TheinvestmentportfoliooftheGroupasat31December2023mainlycomprisesofaportfoliooflistedsharesin32companiesofHK$112.4millionandinvestmentinunlistedbondinvestmentinalistedcompanyofHK$18.2millionwhichrepresentapproximately66.0%and10.7%oftheGroup’sconsolidatednetassetvaluerespectively.
