CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT主席報告 On behalf of the board (the “Board”) of directors (the “Directors”)of Sprocomm Intelligence Limited (the “Company”), I present theaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries(collectively the “Group”) for the year ended 31 December 2023to the shareholders of the Company. 本人謹代表Sprocomm Intelligence Limited（「」）董事（「」）會（「」）向本公司股東提呈本公司及其附屬公司（統稱「」）截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度的經審核綜合業績。 Business Review 截 至 二 零 二 三 年 十 二 月 三 十 一 日 止 年 度，本集團作為中國領先的ODM手機供應商之一，一直致力於研發、設計、生產以及銷售手機、手機的印刷電路板組裝以及物聯網相關產品，著力開拓新興市場。 During the year ended 31 December 2023, the Group, as oneof the leading ODM mobile phone suppliers based in China,continued to focus on the research and development, designing,manufacturing and sale of mobile phones, PCBAs for mobilephones and IoT related products, targeting emerging markets. In the latter half of 2023, the worldwide smartphone marketexperienced a steady recovery. The Group obtained a highernumber of smartphone orders from its major clients duringthe year ended 31 December 2023.
