BusinessReview Duringthesixmonthsended30June2023,theGroup,asoneoftheleadingODMmobilephonesuppliersbasedinChina,continuedtofocusontheresearchanddevelopment,designing,manufacturingandsaleofmobilephones,PCBAsformobilephonesandIoTrelatedproducts,targetingemergingmarkets. 2023isachallengingyearformanyenterprisesamideconomicvolatility,highinflation,risinginterestratesandweakeningconsumerconfidence.Ittakestimefortheglobaleconomytograduallyrecover,andtheGrouphasstriveditsbesttoimproveitsfinancialperformancebydevelopingnewproducts,acquiringnewcustomersandimplementingeffectivecostcontrols.Revenuedecreasedbyapproximately11.3%toRMB806.9millionforthesixmonthsended30June2023fromRMB909.3millionforthesixmonthsended30June2022.Thedecreaseinrevenuewasfullyoffsetbytheincreaseintheamortisationofgovernmentsubsidies.Overall,theGroupachievedsatisfactoryresultsforthesixmonthsended30June2023.Netprofitincreasedbyapproximately11.5%toRMB8.7millionforthesixmonthsended30June2023fromRMB7.8millionforthesixmonthsended30June2022. 业务回顾及前景 SprocommIntelligenceLimited（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）向本公司股东公布本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月的未经审核中期综合业绩。 业务回顾 截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月，本集团作为中国领先的ODM手机供应商之一，一直致力于研发、设计、生产以及销售手机、手机的印刷电路板组装以及物联网相关产品，着力开拓新兴市场。 在经济波动、通胀高企、利率上升、消费者信心减弱的背景下，二零二三年对许多企业来说是充满挑战的一年。全球经济逐步复苏仍需时日，本集团已透过开发新产品、获取新客户及实施有效成本控制，以尽力改善财务表现。收益由截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月的人民币909.3百万元减少约11.3%至截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月的人民币806.9百万元。收益的减少惟被政府补贴摊销的增加悉数抵销。整体而言，本集团于截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月取得令人满意的业绩。纯利由截至二零二二年六月三十日止六个月的人民币7.8百万元增加约11.5%至截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月的人民币8.7百万元。 HighlightsoftheunauditedresultsoftheGroupforthesixmonthsended30June2023,ascomparedtothecorrespondingperiodin2022,areshowninthefollowingtable: 本集团截至二零二三年六月三十日止六个月未经审核业绩的要点及其与二零二二年同期的对比如下表所示： Sixmonthsended30June 截至六月三十日止六个月 20232022 二零二三年二零二二年 (Unaudited)(Unaudited) （未经审核）（未经审核） R
