Withauniqueoperationmodelof“retail+commercialproperty”,theGrouphasbeengrowingrapidlysinceitsestablishment,andhasachievedscaleexpansionacrossthecountrybyduplicatingthismodel.Supportedbylandsacquiredatlowcosts,theGroupusesitsphysicalretailtonurtureproperty,buildingaclosedecologicalcycleinwhichitscorebusinesssupplementsandsupportseachother. SinceShenzhenDongmenstore,thefirststoreoftheGroup,openedin1997,theGrouphasbeenconcentratingondevelopmentandcarefulplanningforover20years,andleveragingitsstrongcompetitivenessandreformandinnovationkeepingpacewithtimes,theleadingpositionoftheGroupinSouthernChinahasbeenstrengthenedstepbystep.TheGrouphasalsofurtherexpandedintothemostdevelopedmarketswiththefastestgrowthrateinEasternChina,SouthwesternChinaandNorthernChina,becomingtheindustryleaderinnumbersofregions.Asat31December2023,theGrouphad49storeswithtotalgrossfloorareaofapproximately3.1millionsq.m.,ofwhichself-ownedpropertiesaccountedfor78.1%ingrossfloorarea.ThemajorcitiesunderitscoverageincludeShenzhenandZhuhaiinGuangdong;Chengdu,NanchongandMianyanginSichuan;Chongqing;Wuxi,Yangzhou,Taizhou,NanjingandHuai’aninJiangsu;Zibo,LaiwuandHezeinShandong;QinhuangdaoandBaodinginHebei;ShenyangandJinzhouinLiaoning;TaiyuaninShanxi;andHohhotandBaotouinInnerMongolia.
