The British Council conducted a study on the perceptions of the Teaching Excellence and Student Outcomes Framework in higher education contexts worldwide. The study involved leaders and policy makers from various countries and was supported by the British Council's network of colleagues in those countries. The report was authored by Michael Peak, Head of Higher Education Systems Research at the British Council. The study aimed to understand the framework's perception and impact on higher education systems. The findings and recommendations of the study will be used to improve the framework and its implementation.
