Withinthebuiltenvironment,wecreatevastamountsofdataeveryday.Everytimewerunourmodels,exchangeemailswithourclients,simulatetherealworldandcreatedesigns,weneedtoreflecton howtechnologycannotonlyimprove,buttransformourindustry.Thisresearchhelpsuscollaborate,comprehendandrespondtochange. Blockchainpromisestobepartofthistechnologicalinfrastructurebyreducingtransactioncosts,improvingtransparencyandchallengingthecontractualmodelofourhighlydistributedindustry.Withtheadministrationofsmartcontracts,blockchaincouldhelptoreducethedelayacrossthelifecycleoftradingandexchangefromdaysdown tominutes,orevenseconds,whilealsoremovingunnecessaryintermediaries.
