This report examines the impact of technological change on the U.S. logistics industry, specifically focusing on warehouse work. The authors conducted interviews with industry experts and used this information to analyze the current state of technological change in the industry. The report is a collaboration between the UC Berkeley Center for Labor Research and Education and Working Partnerships USA, and is supported by the Ford Foundation, the W.K.
