The World Quality Report is a study conducted by Capgemini, Sogeti, and Micro Focus, aimed at understanding the quality of IT services and products. The study involved interviews with CIOs, IT directors, QA/Testing managers, VP Applications, CMO/CDO, CTO/Product heads, VP/Director of R&D, and other job titles. The study was conducted in association with the interviewed individuals and organizations.
The report found that enhancing security was the most important priority for IT and business, rated by 6.03 out of 10.0. Business assurance was also rated as a crucial priority by IT and business, contributing to business growth and outcomes. The study also found that the contribution to business growth and outcomes was rated as the most important QA priority by IT and business, with 100% of respondents in Australia & New Zealand, BeNeLux, Eastern Europe, Southern EU, North America, UK and Ireland, LATAM, Middle East Asia, Nordics, and Western Europe agreeing.
The study also found that the most important QA priority was contribution to business growth and outcomes, rated by 6.06 out of 10.0.
