The eGovernment Benchmark 2020 is a study prepared for the European Commission's Directorate General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of eGovernment services in working for the people. The study was conducted by eGovernmentBenchmark 2020, a consulting firm, and was reviewed by Capgemini, IDC, Sogeti, Politecnico di Milano, and other experts. The report is intended to provide insights into the current state of eGovernment services in the European Union and to identify areas for improvement. The report is not legally binding and the European Commission is not liable for any consequences resulting from its use.
