Consequently,theGroup’sgrossprofitincreasedby55%fromthelastcorrespondingperiodtoapproximatelyHK$31million(2022:HK$20million).TheGroup’sgrossmarginincreasedto17%(2022:14%)oftheconsolidatedrevenue,resultingfromahighergrossmargincontributionfromtheresidentialvillassoldinChangshaCity.Also,theprintingbusinesswasabletoexpanditsgrossmarginto23%(2022:19%)afterspendingeffortstolowertheproductioncosts.
