The report examines global financing measures to eliminate cervical cancer, focusing on financing secondary prevention services in low-resource countries. The report identifies opportunities and challenges for financing cervical cancer eradication programs and discusses various financing approaches, including catalytic financing, aid for global development, development banks, results-based financing, microinsurance and microfinance, and private sector involvement. The report also presents a case study of a combination of HPV testing and digital health services with existing healthcare infrastructure in Malaysia (the ROSE program). The report concludes that a combination of tools and documentation is necessary to achieve global cervical cancer elimination.
