ConsolidatedrevenuereachedHK$579million,representinganincreaseof7.7%comparedtothePreviousPeriod.NetprofitattributabletoShareholdersoftheCompanyforthePeriodwasHK$28.7million,representingariseof134.9%comparedtothePreviousPeriod.ExcludingtherelevantportionoftheESSsubsidyattributabletoShareholders,rentconcessionsbylandlords,thevaluationlossofinvestmentpropertiesandtheforeignexchangelossarisingfromthedepreciationofRMB,inboththePeriodandthePreviousPeriod,thenetprofitattributabletoShareholdersoftheCompanyforthePeriodwasHK$35.3million,improvingcompellinglyby226.7%comparedtothePreviousPeriod. BasicearningspersharewasHK2.43centsforthePeriod(thePreviousPeriod:HK1.03cents).AstherearestilllotsofuncertaintiesshadowingtheglobaleconomyandthebusinessperformanceoftheGroup,theBoarddoesnotrecommendthepaymentofanyinterimdividendforthePeriod. 整体回顾 收益及业绩 随着COVID-19受控，政府于2023年初逐步取消社交距离措施。于2023年2月，政府取消所有入境旅客的强制检疫规定，并恢复了与中国内地全面通关，一个月后更正式撤销口罩令，标志着香港过渡到后COVID-19时代。与此同时，政府全力推动各式各样的经济活动，加快复苏步伐，并向港人派发消费券和推出“你好，香港！”等多项吸引访港旅客的活动，以振兴旅游业，进而重振香港经济。然而，由于本地及环球经济因素及地缘政治形势同时带来不明朗因素，香港的复苏之路面对种种挑战。从本集团层面来看，不同业务分部对经济复常的反应不一。尽管如此，本集团仍坚持不懈地寻找经济复常带来的潜在商机，并调整策略以配合客户需求及消费模式于本期间出现的变化，取得了令人鼓舞的成绩。 综合收益达港币5.79亿元，较去年同期增加7.7%。本期间的本公司股东应占净利润为港币2,870万元，较去年同期上升134.9%。撇除本期间及去年同期保就业计划的股东应占相关部分补贴、业主提供的租金宽减、投资物业估值亏损及人民币贬值所产生的汇兑亏损，本期间的本公司股东应占净利润为港币3,530万元，较去年同期大幅上升226.7%。 本期间的每股基本盈利为2.43港仙（去年同期：1.03港仙）。由于全球经济和本集团业务表现仍受多项不明朗因素的阴霾所笼罩，董事会不建议就本期间派付任何中期股息。 2China-HongkongPhotoProductsHoldingsLimited中港照相器材集团有限公司 BUSINESSREVIEW MERCHANDISING PhotographicProducts Inrecentyears,thesegmentexperiencedasignificantdeclineinrevenueduetoCOVID-19.Ononehand,duringthepandemicperiod,itwasdifficultforHongKongpeopletohavegatheringsandtraveloverseasgiventheimpactofsocialdistancingandtravelisolatio
