Asat30September2023,theGrouphadninemajorprojectsonhandwithanawardedcontractsumofHK$10.0millionorabove,whichincludeprojectsinprogressandprojectsthatareyettocommence. Duringthesixmonthsended30September2023,theGroupcompletedfourmajorprojectswithanawardedcontractsumofHK$10.0millionorabove. PROSPECTS Duringthesixmonthsended30September2023,theGroupwassuccessfullyawardedtwosizeablecontractswithanaggregatecontractsumofapproximatelyHK$546.7million.TheGroupwillcontinuetodiversifyitscustomerbasebyplacingmoreeffortinpromotingtheGroup’sreputation,ensuringprojectsarecompletedontimewiththehighestqualityandimplementingvariouscost-effectivemeasurestoimproveitscompetitiveness.ThemanagementoftheGroupstillremainsprudentlyoptimisticabouttheprospectsoftheconstructionindustryinHongKong. Astheworldeconomyentersintoaperiodofprofoundtransformation,theGroupwouldseekevolutionthrougheveryavenue.TheGroupbelievesthatthebuildinginformationmodelingservicescoulddifferentiatetheGroupfromtheGroup’scompetitorsthroughprovidingcreativetechnicalsolutionstotheGroup’scustomers.Goingforward,theGroupplanstoinvestinbuildingconstructionrelatedservicesthatwillenhancetheGroup’scapabilitiesandprovidesynergiestotheexistingbusinessoftheGroup,whiletheGroupstrivestomaintainthehighqualityandworkmanshipwhichtheGrouphasbeendeliveringtoitscustomers. 业务回顾 伟工控股有限公司（“本公司”，连同其附属公司统称“本集团”）作为香港一间历史悠久之总承建商，主要从事提供(i)屋宇建造服务及(ii)维修、保养、改建及加建（“装修及维修工程”）工程服务。本集团提供屋宇建造服务予私营及公营界别客户。本集团提供的屋宇建造服务主要包括住宅、商用和工业楼宇等新楼宇的建筑工程，而本集团的装修及维修工程服务包括对现有设施、楼宇各部分及周围环境的一般维修、保养、改善、翻新、改建及加建。本公
