SCOPEOFREVIEW WeconductedourreviewinaccordancewithHongKongStandardonReviewEngagements2410“ReviewofInterimFinancialInformationPerformedbytheIndependentAuditoroftheEntity”issuedbytheHongKongInstituteofCertifiedPublicAccountants.Areviewofthesecondensedconsolidatedfinancialstatementsconsistsofmakinginquiries,primarilyofpersonsresponsibleforfinancialandaccountingmatters,andapplyinganalyticalandotherreviewprocedures.AreviewissubstantiallylessinscopethananauditconductedinaccordancewithHongKongStandardsonAuditingandconsequentlydoesnotenableustoobtainassurancethatwewouldbecomeawareofallsignificantmattersthatmightbeidentifiedinanaudit.Accordingly,wedonotexpressanauditopinion. 致煜荣集团控股有限公司董事会 （于开曼群岛注册成立的有限公司） 绪言 本行已审阅第6至30页所载煜荣集团控股有限公司（“贵公司”）及其附属公司（统称“贵集团”）的简明综合财务报表，当中包括于二零二三年九月三十日的简明综合财务状况表， 以及截至该日止六个月期间的相关简明综合损益及其他全面收益表、简明综合权益变动表及简明综合现金流量表，以及其他解释附注。香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则规定，中期财务资料报告须按照其相关条文以及香港会计师公会颁布的香港会计准则第34号“中期财务报告”（“香港会计准则第34号”）编制。贵公司董事须负责根据香港会计准则第34号编制及呈列该等简明综合财务报表。本行责任是根据协定的委聘条款按照本行的审阅就该等简明综合财务报表发表结论，并仅向阁下全体报告，除此之外本报告不作其他用途。本行不会就本报告的内容向任何其他人士负上或承担任何责任。 审阅范围 本行已根据香港会计师公会颁布的香港审阅工作准则第2410号“实体的独立核数师对中期财务资料的审阅”进行审阅。该等简明综合财务报表的审阅包括主要向负责财务及会计事宜的人员作出查询，并应用分析及其他审阅程序。审阅的范围远较根据香港审计准则进行审核的范围为小，故不能令本行保证本行知悉可能在审核中发现的所有重大事项。因此，本行不会发表审核意见。 REPORTONREVIEWOFCONDENSEDCONSOLIDATEDFINANCIALSTATEMENTS 简明综合财务报表审阅报告 CONCLUSION Basedonourreview,nothinghascometoourat
