This report is a global study of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) capability within Finance functions. The study was conducted between January 13th and January 26th, 2016, and included the views of over 1,100 Finance professionals from more than 90 countries. The study focuses on how EPM provides insightful Profitability and Cost Analysis through appropriate people, processes, and technology. The report highlights the importance of effective Profitability and Cost Analysis in making great business decisions. It also discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by Finance functions in implementing EPM. The authors of the report are from KPMG and ACCA.
