The initiative brings together leaders across Marketing, Commerce, and Supply Chain to identify areas of value and partnership previously obscured by functional silo walls. The initiative is based on early commentary from dinners held across the US in the first quarters of 2018, which highlights the need for data pulled from across the organization, the revelation of cracks in systems, and the turning of customer engagement into a 24/7, omni-channel requirement. The initiative will release new research in late June 2018.
