The successful acquisitionof Zhejiang Construction Investment Environment EngineeringCompany Limited (“ZCIEE”) during the Reporting Period represent anexpansion towards new business areas, and a new business venturetowards the provision of environmental improvement and protectionrelated construction services and sewage and reclaimed watertreatment services.
