Management Discussion and Analysis BUSINESS REVIEW After years of development and continuous exploration, the Grouphassuccessfully established a professional,standardized andinclusive market brand, and accumulated extensive resources intermsof business licenses,management teams,technologiesand market networks. The trend of developing digital economybrings unprecedented challenges and valuable opportunities forour development. After in-depth study and thorough deliberations,the Group has decided to promote digital transformation in anall-rounded manner, shifting from seeking multiple licenses andexploring multi-domains to focusing on its core businesses andchanging the way it acquires customers and provides servicesthrough a comprehensive digital transformation, so as to enhanceoperatingefficiency,reduce marginal costs and thus improveprofitability. By building upon our ample resources such as licenses,teams,technologies and channels developed over the years,especiallyour mature large-scale operation and managementsystems for inclusive finance, we have selected, explored andleveraged our existing strengths to build digital business ecosystemand scenarios, and consolidate and enhance our competitivenessin the inclusive finance sector, laying a sound foundation for rapidand sustainable business growth in the future. Based on our digitaltransformation strategy, the Group’s operations are divided intofour business segments, namely the digital services segment, thedigital finance segment, the capital investment and financial assetmanagement segment and the other segment.
