FY2023presentedachallengingoperatingenvironment,withtheretailmarketbeingseverelyimpactedbythefifthwaveofCOVID-19inearly2022.Externalfactorsaffectingtheinternationalsupplychain,ongoinginflationarypressure,andtheuncertaintyintheglobaleconomicenvironmentfurthercontributedtotheuncertaintyofthefutureeconomy.AlthoughtheCOVID-19pandemicbegantobecontainedduringtheyearandthegovernment’simplementationofaseriesofeconomicstimulusmeasuresledtothegradualimprovementinmarketandconsumersentiment,thebusinessenvironmentremainedchallenging. Inthedifficultbusinessenvironmentofthepastfewyears,wehaveconstantlyreviewedouroperationandmadeadjustmentsaccordingly.IampleasedtoseethattheGroup’sbusinessinHongKonghasmaintainedgoodmomentum.InFY2023,theGroup’srevenueincreasedtoarecordhighofHK$463.1million.Alltreatmentcentresandskincareretailstoressawsignificantgrowthincustomernumbersandrevenue.ThecorebrandCosMax+continuedtoholdaleadingpositioninthehigh-endmedicalaestheticindustry.TherevenueandprofitpotentialoftheVITAEtreatmentcentreshasgraduallybecomeapparent.Thehigh-endskincarebrandXOVĒalsoadjusteditssalesnetwork.ItishopedthatthethreebrandswillcontinuetoprovidemomentumfortheGroupin2024,enablingtheGroup’sbusinesstocapitaliseonanotherwaveofrapidgrowthastheeconomybacktotherighttrack. 致各股东： 本人谨代表董事会（“董事会”）欣然提呈本公司及其附属公司（以下统称“本集团”）截至2023年3月31日的周年报告。 2023财政年度的经营环境仍然困难重重。 2022年初受第五波新冠疫情影响，零售市场备受打击。外围因素对国际供应链造成的影响、通胀压力持续以及全球经济环境不明朗等因素增加了未来经济的不确定性。虽然新冠疫情于年内开始得到遏制，政府亦实施一连串的刺激经济方案，令市场气氛和消费情绪逐步改善，但经营环境仍然充满挑战。 在过去数年困难的营商环境下，我们不断调整和审视自身。喜见本集团于香港本地业务保持良好势头。2023财政年度，本集团录得历史新高的收入四亿六千三百一十万港元。各疗程中心和护肤品零售网点，在服务人次和收入上均有显着增长。核心品牌CosMax+一如已往地占据了高端医美产业的领先地位，VITAE的疗程中心在收入和利润的潜力也逐步体现，高端护肤品品牌XOVĒ亦调整了网点布局。期望三个品牌于2024年继续为集团提供动力，使集团的业务能把握经济重回正轨所带来的另一波高速增长。 CHAIRLADY’SSTATEMENT 主席报告书 Inadditiontolocalbusinessgrowth,theGroupisactivelyequippingitselfandplanningforthefuture.InFY2023,ourhigh-endskincarebrandXOVĒofficiallylaunchedintheMainlandChinastoresofSephora,aninternationallyrenownedbeautyretailgroupandabrandundertheFrenchLVMHgroup.Ithasmorethan1,000storesworldwide,includin
