Amplereservessettobereleased AccordingtothedataofChinaFilmAdministration,thetotalboxofficereceiptsoffilmsinChinain2022wasapproximatelyRMB30,000million,decreasedbyapproximately40%comparedwith2021andlessthanhalfofthetotalpre-pandemicboxofficereceiptsin2019.AsofDecember2022,thegovernmentissuedthe“New10Measures”toeaseanti-pandemicpolicies,China’sfilmindustrybegantoseesignsofwarmingup. Facingthechangingpandemicsituation,temporaryclosureofcinemasofmanyregionsinChinaanddampenedfilm-goingdesire,theGrouppostponedscreeningofcertainblockbusters.Onlyonefilmco-producedbytheGroupwasreleasedduringtheyear.Assuch,theGroup’srevenuefortheyeardeclined.ThefilmFullRiverRed(满江红),investedinandleadproducedbytheGroup,hitthescreenduringtheChineseNewYearin2023,andtherelatedrevenueandcostswillbereflectedintheGroup’sinterimresultsforthesixmonthsending30June2023. 各位股东： 本人欣然报告欢喜传媒集团有限公司（“本公司”或 “欢喜传媒”，连同其附属公司，统称“本集团”）过去一年业务成果及部署。纵然二零二二年初中华人民共和国（“中国”）局部地区仍受疫情反覆拖累，影院营业率及入座率偏低，整体电影市场表现不振，本集团因时制宜，延迟推出多部重磅电影在院在线映，并积极投资拍制更多精彩作品，增添本集团影视内容储备，巩固本集团的核心竞争优势。直至二零二二年十二月，中国放开防疫政策，本集团把握时机于二零二三年春节檔于院线推出其投资及主控出品的电影《满江红》并取得骄人的成绩，成为二零二三年春节檔票房冠军，电影《满江红》将为本集团二零二三年的收益及业绩带来显着的贡献。 丰富储备蓄势待发 根据国家电影局发布的数据显示，二零二二年中国电影总票房约人民币300亿元，相较二零二一年减少近四成，不及二零一九年疫情前总票房的一半。直至去年十二月，当局发布“新十条”，防疫政策放开，中国电影业方看到回温的苗头。 面对疫情持续变化，国内广泛地区影院暂停营业，观影气氛低迷的市场环境下，本集团延迟多部重磅电影于院在线映，年内只推出了一部本集团参与出品的电影，因而令本
