AccordingtotheNationalBureauofStatisticsofChina(“NBS”),theGDPofChinain2022amountedtoRMB121,020.7trillion,representinganinsignificantyear-on-yearincreaseof3.0%andthegrowthratesloweddownsharplyfrom8.1%in2021.Thenationalconsumerpriceindex(“CPI”)inDecember2022wasonly1.8%higheryear-onyear,andCPIin2022wasup2.0%year-on-year.Thetotalretailsalesofconsumergoodsin2022inChinaincreasedby2.0%year-on-year,comparedtoanincreaseof1.0%in2021. In2022,thelevelofconsumptioninChinaisstillsignificantlyaffectedbytheCOVID-19pandemic.Thepreventionandcontrolmeasureshavebeentightenedduetotherepeateddomesticpandemicandthus,theconsumptionisunderpressureagain.Also,thewillingnessofresidentstoconsumestillneedstoberecovered.AccordingtotheNBS,thepercapitaconsumptionexpenditureofresidentsinChina(excludingtheimpactofpricefactors)decreased0.2%in2022,ascomparedto2021.Thepercapitaconsumptionexpenditureofurbanresidents(excludingtheimpactofpricefactors)decreased1.7%in2022,ascomparedto2021.Its
