Whenourprevious2021annualreportwaspublished,HongKongwasexperiencingoneofitsworsttimewhenthespreadofOmicronvariantofCOVID-19wasspreadingatanunprecedentedscalewithover50,000dailyconfirmedcasesandshopswereclosedorevenfolded,shoppingmallswereemptied.TheHISMarkitHongKongPurchasingManagerIndexhitthetroughof42inMarch2022andHongKongwassufferingfromeconomicrecessionthroughouttheyear.TheinvasiontoUkrainebytheRussiashotuptheglobalinflationasaresultofshortageofoilandnaturalgassupplybysanctioningtheRussia.TheFedhikedtheinterestrateinaveryaggressivefashioncausingtheHongKongstockmarkettoslump,furthernegativelyimpactingHongKongpeople’ssentimentandconfidence. 各位股东： 本人谨此呈报京基智慧文化控股有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度（“二零二二年财政年度”）的二零二二年年报。 当我们去年发布二零二一年年报时，香港正经历有史以来其中一个最糟糕的时期，2019冠状病毒病Omicron变异株于香港以前所未有的规模传播，单是每天公布的确诊病例已超过50,000宗，商店被逼关门甚至倒闭，商场人流不再。IHSMarkit香港特区采购经理指数于二零二二年三月跌至42，香港经历全年经济衰退。由于制裁俄罗斯入侵乌克兰导致石油及天然气供应短缺，加剧了全球通货膨胀。美联储以非常激进的方式加息，导致香港股市暴跌，对香港人民的情绪及信心造成进一步的负面影响。 2KingkeyIntelligenceCultureHoldingsLimitedAnnualReport2022 Directors’Statement 董事会致辞 RECRUITMAGAZINE Thelabourmarketwasfluctuatingduringtheyear.Inthefirstquarterof2022,theoutbreakofthefifthwaveoftheCOVID-19pandemicimpactedheavilyonconsumption-relatedactivitiesandcausedseveredisruptionsontheeconomicactivities.Thelabourmarketdeterioratedsharply.Followingthereliefofthepandemicandtherelaxationofcounter-epidemicmeasures,thelabourmarketgraduallyimproved.AccordingtoCensusandStatisticsDepartmentoftheHongKongGovernment,duringtheyear,theunemploymentratedecreasedfrom5.0%inthefirstquarterto3.3%inthefourthquarterwhiletheunderemploymentratefellfrom3.1%to1.5%.Whilethebusinessmarketsregainedsomeconfidence,hiringactivitiesbecameactive.Inthemeantime,wemanagedtograsptheopportunitytoorganiseajobfairwhentheeconomyreboundedandreceivedsomepositiveresult.Asaresult,inFY2022,therevenuefromRecruitMagazinebusinessrecordedanincreaseof12.1%toapproximatelyHK$33.1million. MEDICALANDHEALTHSERVICES Asstatedinour2022interimreport,thepandemicbenefitedourMedicalandHealthServicesbusinessinthefirsthalfyear.ThedemandforourCOVID-19testingkitsandrelatedprofessionalmedicalserviceswasgraduallyreducedbecausethereductionofconfirmedcasesandthechangeonanti-epidemicarrangementinlate2022.Asaresult,inFY2022,therevenuefromMedicalandHealthServicesbusinesssurgedtoapproximatelyHK$13.5million,or153.5%growthcomparedwithlastyear’sapproximatelyHK$5.3million. E-COMMERCE WecommencedE-commerceservicebusinesssinceinMay2022whichwasdelayedduetotheoutbreakoftheCOVID-19pandemicinChinaearlierlastyearandmassscaleoflockdown(especiallyShanghai)wasenforcedtocurbthespreadofthecontagion.Ourbusinessisimport-orientedandtheproductsarepredominantlysourcedfromaduty-freeE-commerceplatformandsoldhouseholdandpersonalcareproductstolocalcustomersprincipallyinShanghai.Fortheyearended31December2022,approximatelyHK$7.5millionofrevenuewasrecordedfromthisnewbusinessline. RECRUIT杂志 年内，劳动力市场波动起伏。于二零二二年第一季度，2019冠状病毒病第五波疫情爆发对消费相关活动产生了严重影响，并对经济活动造成了严重干扰。劳动力市场急剧恶化。随着疫情的缓解及抗疫措施的放松，劳动力市场逐渐改善。根据香港政府政府统计处数据，于年内，失业率由第一季度的5.0%下降至第四季度的3.3%，而就业不足率则由 3.1%下降至1.5%。商业市场恢复一些信心，招聘活动亦开始活跃。与此同时，我们把握机会，于经济复苏时举办招聘会，并取得正向的成果。因此，于二零二二年财政年度，来自Recruit杂志业务之收益增加12.1%至约33.1百万港元。 医疗及保健服务 如二零二二年中期报告所述，上半年，我们的医疗及保健服务业务从疫情中获益。随着确诊病例的减少及防疫安排的改变，于二零二二年末，市场对我们2019冠状病毒病的测试剂盒及相关专业医疗服务的需求逐渐减少。因此，于二零二二年财政年度，来自医疗及保健服务之收益激增至约13.5百万港元，较去年的约5.3百万港元增加153.5%。 电子商务 由于去年较早时候2019冠状病毒病在中国爆发以致实施大规模封锁（尤其是上海）以遏制疫情蔓延的政策而被推迟的电子商务服务业务自二零二二年五月起正式开展。我们的业务以进口为主，产品主要来自免税电商平台，并向当地客户（主要在上海）销售家庭及个人护理产品。截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度，该新业务线录得收益约7.5百万港元。 二零二二年年报京基智慧文化控股有限公司3 Directors’Statement 董事会致辞 PROSPECTS AfterthreeyearsofdevastationoftheCOVID-19pandemic,itfinallyhascometoanend.Whileallthecounter-pandemicmeasuresweresubsequentlyliftedinearlyMarch2023andlifegraduallyresumesbacktonormalasbefore,itisjustthestartofthelongjourneyofHongKongeconomy’srecovery.WesincerelylookforwardtoHongKonggoingbacktotheprosperityasitusedtobe,butthetremendousco
